Plus drivers are driving less and less as gasoline prices rise. MasterCard reported that fuel sales on its cards were off 4 percent around the July 4 holiday. So perhaps the accident rate will fall further.</font></font></span><span style="color: #333333"><font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman">On the downside the cost of steel and plastics are both up a lot – in both cases higher energy prices play a role – and they aren’t likely to be making money on investing those premiums in the stock market. But I’m not holding my breath for a rate cut.</font></font></span><span style="color: #333333"><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"> </font></span><span style="color: #333333"><font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman">But I’m wondering, are you driving less or going slower?</font></font></span><span style="color: #333333"><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"> </font></span>
